Day of Reflection

The Bodhisattva Precepts are the ethical guidelines that we observe as Zen practitioners. Our monthly Day of Reflection on one of the precepts is a core practice of ZCLA and of the Zen Peacemakers. On one Satuday morning of each month, a ZCLA practitioner leads us through a schedule that includes two periods of zazen and their own reflections on the precept. We then gather together in council and share how the precept is arising in our own lives.
