EVENT DESCRIPTION

In our services, we function as One Body acting through many hands and eyes. Present in the moment, attending to what needs to be done, we connect an ancient heritage to our practice right here-now. Join us as we embody the physicality of Zen training and working together. We will demonstrate and practice various service positions and then do a few run-throughs.

9:00-9:35 Zazen
9:35-9:45 Outside Walking
9:45-10:20 Zazen
10:20-10:30 Outside Walking
10:30-11:00 Zazen/4 vows/Bows
11:00-11:15 Temple Caretaking Practice

11:15-12:45 p.m. Service Position Training Class
