Fall Practice Period
In the Japanese Zen tradition, this training period in a monastery is called Ango, or Peaceful Dwelling. We call our 90-day observance, a Practice Period.
Our primary practice is Zazen. We also encourage training with the Three Tenets throughout the day: return to Not-Knowing, Bearing Witness and letting actions arise spontaneously that serve the whole.
