On this day of remembrance, how do we relate with our loved ones that are dead and gone? Where do we think they are? How do we continue to engage with each other? How has your thinking of an afterlife changed? Do you believe in ghosts? Let’s join in a circle and hear from each other. Bring stories, poetry, pictures to share.

On arrival place ancestor pictures on the altar.

8:30-9:00 a.m. Gate of Sweet Nectar/Day of the Dead Service

9:00-9:35 Zazen
9:35-9:45 Outside Walking
9:45-10:20 Zazen
10:20-10:30 4 Vows, Bows, Closing Ceremony

11:00-12:15 A-Wake Death & Ancestor Council
